Personal Training for Women in Basel – Strong, Healthy, at Your Own Pace

Many women feel uncomfortable at the gym. Too many machines, not enough explanation, too much unsolicited advice.

Maybe you feel the same way. You're afraid to try machines or free weights, so you limit yourself to cardio machines—and in the worst-case scenario, you give up after a few weeks.

It doesn't have to be that way. With a personal trainer, you can get much more out of your workouts: You'll train in a safe environment, with a clear plan, and with full focus on you.

What Women Achieve Through Personal Training

  • Building Strength Without Bulk—Targeted Training Makes Women Strong and Toned, Not “Too Muscular”

  • Shape Your Body and Lose Weight—Sustainably, Without Crash Diets

  • Improve Your Presence Through Better Posture

  • More Energy and Productivity in Everyday Life

  • Safety and the Joy of Moving

  • Feeling Strong and Confident

  • Wear the clothes you really want to wear.

Strength Training for Women: What You Really Need to Know

A common concern: “If I do strength training, I’ll get too muscular.” Don’t worry. It takes much longer to build significant muscle mass than many people think. Plus, muscles help shape your body. A workout that leads to visible muscle growth in men makes women more toned, stronger, and more capable.

Strength training is the most effective way to tone your body, boost your metabolism, and stay fit in the long run.

Our Approach

We have worked with women in a wide variety of situations: beginners, those returning to exercise, physically active women, women with back problems, and women recovering from pregnancy.

“Myexperience with Kegelmann PT couldn’t have been better. I wouldn’t have gotten this far without his expertise. Matthias is very knowledgeable and took the time to design a program that was perfectly tailored to my needs as a beginner. The sessions were not only enjoyable but also went smoothly while still having a great overall impact. I’ve made great progress in just two months. My strength has improved significantly, and I’ve also noticed a boost in my metabolism, focus, and energy levels throughout the day. I highly recommend training with him if you’re looking for genuine, lasting results .”
